Returns and Exchanges

At TheEightGoddesses we strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations. Please review the following policy:  

No Returns: Each piece is carefully examined and meticulously tested for quality control, we ensure that our pieces are up to par and in perfect condition before shipping, hence we do not accept returns. All sales are final.  

Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:  
  - The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.  
  - The item must be returned in its original packaging.  

To request an exchange, please email us at theeightgoddesses@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

Note: Custom orders and personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.
